Poly Max^® Instant Grip

Preparation

Working Conditions: Use only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Preliminary treatment: Surface must be clean, and free of dust and grease. No primer needed. Surface may be slightly humid. Ensure substrate is solid.
Tools: Use sealant gun (e.g. Bison Click Gun) to handle cartridge.

Application

Coverage: 7-9 m for 1 cartridge.
Directions for use: Bonding and fixing: apply adhesive sealant on one side in dots or lines (every 10-40 cm). Always apply adhesive sealant in corners and along edges. Join parts in the right position within 10 minutes and press firmly or tap lightly with a rubber mallet. If necessary, secure or support heavy materials for 24 hours.
Sealing: inject adhesive sealant evenly into joint and tool within 10 minutes with a moist (soap water without lemon) putty knife, sealant smoother or finger. Tool vertical joints from bottom to top. A surface skin appears after approx. 15 minutes. Complete cure after several days (depending on thickness of layer). When painting with alkyd paint, paint may take longer to dry.
Stains/Residue: Remove fresh stains immediately with white spirit. Dried residue can only be removed mechanically.
