Pergola

Step 1

Slightly moisten the wooden parts that need to be glued with a moist cloth. Bison PU Max^® Wood Adhesive Thixotropic hardens by a chemical reaction with water.

Step 2

Apply sufficient amounts of Bison PU Max^® Wood Adhesive Thixotropic to each part of the pergola.

Step 3

Put the pergola together.

Step 4

Leave to dry for four hours. Drive wired nails or screws in the joints. They will keep the joints together until the glue has hardened.

Step 5

Before sandpapering the pergola, remove any glue remnants with a chisel or a break-off knife.

Step 6

Sandpaper the pergola.

Step 7

Finish the pergola with the paint or stain of your choice and your pergola is ready!
